Crear una aplicación para realizar pedidos de comida Android/Iphone

Buenos dias,

Necesito crear una aplicacion que funcione para Android y Iphone, para un negocio de cominda Empresarial, esta se utilizara para publicar diariamente el menu del dia, via esta aplicacion el cliente podra hacer su pedido hasta una hora limite.

Debe tener espacio para incluir unas 8 opciones actualizable diariamente y otras que seran productos fijos.

Cuando el cliente haga el pedido debera llegar al correo de la empresa el pedido del cliente.

Debe ser sencilla de actualizar y facil de utilizar por el cliente, algo como solo seleccionar las opciones del menu y darle al boton de enviar, debe generar una notificacion al cliente diariamente a una hora en especifico recordandole hacer su pedido.
