Customize Telegram Messenger Application

Project is to create a customized mobile messenger application based on the popular Telegram messenger client. We need a version to run on both android and ios.
Key features of the application:
Changes to the application...
- Custom name and colour scheme.
- Users are "required" to create a username (in addition to submission of a mobile telephone number before they can use the system.)
- Usernames must be prefixed, by default, with our company name (or abbreviation.)
- Telephone numbers of other users or contacts must be "hidden" from view in all areas of the application. (We will connect users manually by setting up groups, but we do not want them having independent chats with each other.)
- In the main menu, the following options should be disabled: New Secret Chat; New Channel; Contacts; Invite Friends. Only "New Group", "Settings" and "FAQ" must be visible. (Custom FAQ will be provided)
- The ability to create a new group, from the main menu, must be password protected. (Password will be supplied.)
- When a user enters correct password, they move to "New Group" screen. The search function here should not list contacts (There will not be any). Instead user should be able to type in username (@xxxx), as is possible in the global search function when setting up a private chat, and select these with the tick icon in the upper right hand corner to add them to the group.
- The pen icon to create a new message must be hidden from view.
Connecting the application to database...
- When being prompted for username and telephone numbers once installing the application, users should have option to connect with their existing credentials (name, surname, username and telephone number) that they have previously submitted to our website when registering.
