We need to create a mobile app (including iOS & Android version), and also the server side setup to receive and reply requests from app.

There are two main purposes for this app; For customer, they could create the own order to find buyer to help them buy things; For Buyer, they could search for all orders created by customers and take up any job they want.

Please tell me what language you will use, and also what is your plan for this mobile app & server developments.
