ASP .NET Menu Highlighting

Hello,
I am in need of integrating a menu bar into my bigger project with these scenarios:
1. Menu buttons be able to click and select and hover
2. Submenu buttons be able to highlight when mouse hovered.
3. When each menu button is selected, the selection should stay highlighted (this is the part I'm having mostly hard time)
I found this article which works great independently, however integrated into my bigger project the main [login to view URL] doesn't allow it to work properly.
I have migrated it myself however need someone to help me complete the above features.
If we decide to move forward, you probably will need to use TeamViewer to log into my computer in order to work on this project since my project is too big to send to you.

This would need a strong HTML/CSS person in order to integrate the menu system into the bigger project.
