Appraisal Auto accept program - repost

I am looking for someone that has already provided a solution to the following:

I need a program for Appraisal Port that will auto accept the orders. Particularly TSI. I hoping for someone to help me write a program that will help me with auto accept. I need a program that will auto refresh a website and then capture an appraisal order when it appears, click on a pop-up box affirming that the individual wants the appraisal order, and then finally starting the whole process over again.

Program must be very fast and be able to accept order faster than I can take them manually. Currently, they have captcha turned off, but I don't know for how long though.
