Custom Shipping add on for CS-Cart

We require a Add-On for CS Cart v3 to work with Transdirect (API and documentation below). The Add-On must be tested on the preview site and function correctly without any bugs.
The Addon (through its API) will require a quote being showed to the customer when they checkout. Then when the sites admin logged into the dashboardthey will book the shipping with transdirect.
