Site is for the sales of phone, DSL and long distance service provider to be used via the web...
site will be populating a premade PDF template with the user input and data being stored in a DB.
site will have admin screens to administer the site and must run reports to determine and update commisions for users.

I am more than willing to take the advice of an experienced programmer/designer on how to handle and create this site against the ideas posted in the requiremnts file. I just need all the requirements fullfilled. This project is for phase I. Phase II will be awarded at a later time.
I have many projects for intertested teams now that i am not doing this in house. I will also pay a bonus for early satisfactory completion, but the process must be 100% complete and bug free. More details for the winning developer.
This needs to be developed in 15 days so please keep this in mind. Deadline is VERY IMPORTANT. If you are up to the task and can come through for me, please bid.
I prefer .net or asp but will take other languages if project proves easier to accomplish. Graphics must also be supplied.
