Application tracking outgoing traffic

This is how I see this software working:

INSTALLATION

1. During the Installation software will scan all applications installed on the computer

that need access to the internet. All these applications will be placed in the list.

2. After a list of all outgoing applications created users will have to chose if they want

to restrict some applications from going out.

3. At the end of Installation a small icon will be placed in the right corner , this application will be always active. The size of the application must be small enough

to minimize requirement for system resources

4. Application must work on Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP Home, XP pro

APPLICATION AT WORK

The purpose of application is to monitor outgoing connections

5. Users must be able to see what applications access internet and for what period of time

6. Will be definitely a plus if programmer can make a log of what coming im and from where, and what coming out and for how long.

7. There is no need to block incoming traffic in any way.

8. If there is a new software that require outgoing connection user must be alerted

and he has a choice to say yes or no. Each new program trying to perform an Internet connection will be added to the list automatically

9. All the applications, even though user decided to deny them to access the internet ,

must be listed in the list, and user if he desires will be able with click of a button to

change options.

10 . Application must have attractive interface

11. Programmer must supply a source code including detailed explanations, so

our programmers will be able to understand what was done in the code for future

updates/modifications.

IMPORTANT

I will need a programmer who can do this project on his own

without using widely available open source softwares.

This is very important, please do not bid on the project

if you going to use open source software created by somebody else.

Programmer will provide support if needed to fix all the bugs in the application.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
