Bulk listing creation in .csv for selling manager pro eBay

This is an urgent project!

I am looking for an eBay listing specialist to create inventory entries of 2500 items in a bulk. My product's Titles stored in Excel format. I have designed 20 HTML templates for all products. I need all 2500 product Titles been implemented into HTML templates I have created. Then I need transfer these new 2500 HTML templates into my eBay Selling Manager Pro inventory and name every entry in accordance to the product Title implemented into single template. The eBay listings I need to create have same price/terms/main photo/shipping/quantity. The only difference between listing is Title and Title entry in the description (in my case in the HTML template).

Please bid only if you have done this before and you understand the selling manager pro inventory data schemes and know how to import the data.
