CSS Fixes

I need the css of this site fixed so that it works in a Firefox Browser.

See the attcahed picture file for a description of the problem. THe Right hand column on every page drops down to the bottom of the page. This only happens in Firefox and disappears if you refresh page. But it means that every page loads incorrectly initially

THere are three pages, [url removed, login to view], The FInancialAdvice Page and a Category page. I need them fixed on the server and the css ammended
