Amazon Bulk Trade-In Price Retrieval - Amazon Experience Required

The job I would like done is as follows:

I want to be able to lookup [login to view URL] trade-in prices in bulk by ASIN or ISBN, and I would like the results to display in excel. I should be able to start with a list of specified ASINs and ISBNs and add to that list as I want to. I should be able to retrieve thousands of trade-in prices at a time. This probably requires familiarity with Amazon's API, although I am not completely sure as there may be another solution. As I understand it, the API has a call limit, so that should be maximized however possible. Apparently, per call, you can have multiple requests, so that concept should be utilized.

In excel, the first column should be titled ASIN/ISBN, and the second should be titled trade-in price.
