custom clothing/product design system

this needs to be a component for joomla - i am open to suggestions, but for the most part it needs to be exactly as described below.

i need something similar to [url removed, login to view] - however that site is just for tshirts - i want to also let my customer choose to create custom decals, banners, stickers, prints and magnets.

lets start from the start....

"Edit Product" tab on the design area - rename tab to "Choose Product" instead of "want a different product" and "browse product catalog" i want to have a simple drop down with "T-shirt" "Decals" "Banners" "Stickers" "Prints" "Magnets" I will provide all basic designs of the tshirt, decal, banner, stickers, prints and magnet templates and the size of the area that is available for the customer to edit. T shirts will need some functionality to choose color. I want the option of adding colors later as i see fit.

"Add Image" tab of the design area - exactly the same except no "my uploaded images... there will be no saving of images or designs - once they navigate away from the page - their design is gone for good. i want the ability to define the clip art categories in the back end (admin area) and to be able to add more clip art at anytime. image upload can be much simpler. dont worry about the box that says "remove white from image" - just super basic uploading that will make their image appear on the shirt... also no bigger than 3mb in size.

"Add Text" tab - exactly the same functionality as is on the referenced site. I want to be able to add new fonts to my site anytime. otherwise all functionality the same once font is chosen and text has been added...

"Design notes" - exactly the same except the text "Use the field below..." replace with "Please include any questions and as much info as possible in the notes field below for an accurate, fast quote." include the text " These notes will be saved with your design"

"Save Design" and "Load Design" not necessary - please omit.

In the window that shows what the custom design looks like - omit the top info in the gray area (Product:... Decoration:...) at the bottom... "rotate" is only necessary for tshirts... do not show "rotate" button for any other product type except for TSHIRT. "zoom in" functionality not necessary - please omit.. "share design" not necessary - please omit. Add buttons that remain in the lower right hand corner (where "share design" is now) that say "GET QUOTE" and "CLEAR DESIGN" - when someone clicks "GET QUOTE" a window should pop up asking for users "NAME" and "PHONE NUMBER" this info will be mandatory before it will be submitted There should be a note on this window that says that we will never share this information that they submit with anyone else ever. once the pop up box with name and phone has been completed and submitted, it will email all details including image of design (with and without tshirt/product template) in PDF, JPG, PNG or whatever is easiest... image should be large and clean no blurring small text or images. If someone clicks "CLEAR DESIGN" it will do just that, clear the entire design in the design window.

MY BUDGET IS $200 or less. i can not pay more so please do not bid if your price is higher than $200.
