Can you add this feature to my website? (Website Improvement)

Hi,

I am looking for a coder that can add the following feature to my site. The site is www.myrelaxationtechniquesforanxiety.com.

1. I want to be adding articles to the site automatically. In other words, the articles will be uploaded to the site cpanel and added to the site at a specified date. e.g, If I have 5 articles, I will like to space their addition to the website in terms of 3, 5, 7 days apart.

2. The articles titles and preview will appear on the front page of the site, below/after the end of the article on the home page and when a visitor click it, he or she is taken to the articles page showing that particular article. This article page must be the same with the layout of the entire website. The adsense ads sections must also be retained.

3. These articles pages should be easy for search engines to index. In other words, i want to grow the site into many pages with lots of useful and helpful articles/information.

4. A feature that rotates the articles on the home page will also be a good feature. I want the search engine to know I am updating the site frequently.

I am ready to answer any question you may have regarding this project. I need it completed within 48/72 hours, will be very happy if it can be done earlier.

Just want to use this medium to thank you very much for taking the time to bid on this project. Just want to add the following to my project. 1. The site is already made in html. So, I am stuck on this approach. Had I known about wordpress/php, I might have gone through that approach. But now, I need a way to add this function to the site.I don't want to be adding the articles manually. I want automation. 2. Changing to wordpress or php is not on my mind. This is because I have done a lot of backlinking for the site and will not want to lose all that. But let me know if you can do the changing without affecting my backlinks. Also, I don't want any redirect feature please. And if there is no way the feature can be added, please let me know so that I don't waste your time and mine. 3. I am on a tight budget please. Some coders' price is high and too high. Just looking for less than hundred dollar bid that can get the work done while taking the above 2 into consideration. P.S. If you were to do a new php site that has this feature, can you please add the quote. I may consider this approach for my next website instead of using html.
