Custom Jailbreak Software and Members area for website

I currently have a website built ready for promotion pending the completion of this project. I will need a programmer who will be able to communicate with me via messenger or phone on a daily basis. This is a must. I purchased a website and am in the market for a custom jailbreak and unlocking solution for the iphone and every model up to date.I would also need updates for future firmwares as well to add to the members area. I know you can get it for free on certain websites but some make it very difficult for the user to understand and a lot of these websites contain viruses. So I am looking for a clean virus free version that can be restored back to its original setting. I would need detailed instructions in a pdf file as well.

I am also looking to make a members area with registration and log in on the site after purchase is made so users can download instantly through the members area. I would need the software to be locked so it can't be shared . I have 2 coders willing to provide this service for me but am just trying to compare some prices. They have relatively poor communication which is the main reason I have not gone with them yet. I would rather pay more if their communication is top notch as well as their coding skills. If anyone is looking for a project like this and has the skills necessary to provide what I am looking for we can do a lot of business together in the near future.
