I would like to have a quote for aplications to send messages to phones, such a? love advices, horoscopes, recipies, pictures, etc

Here in Mexico I saw a companies that always have commercials in TV like:? send PrettyGirl? to this number 7777 and you get receive some pics of a pretty girls, or send Horoscope+ your? birhday? at the number 8888 and will recive your pronostique or horoscope

This cost like $1 USD per the service so I would like to have this applications in my web and the people can see in our web? that send for example SOCCER to any number and they will recive results of the world cup for $1 USD for example and? I want that? this system can send the info automatically

I would like first to know how that works and more details abou that and Im expecting the best qute possible
