Add a links page mod and twitter mod to a phpBB 3.0.5 forum

Simple quick job. I need a links page on a phpBB 3.0.5 forum. I've no time to source the mod or install it, so need someone to do it for me. Essential works perfectly and within the forum theme used (polythene).

Does this exisit as a mod? I need a twitter mod which will automtically post tweets to a twitter account based on first x characters of the post with a link to the actual post.

I'll give you FTP details and admin password for the forum, you do the rest. Must be ready to start straight away. $30 is the maximum I would hope to pay anyone to do this assuming a mod for twitter exists - if one doesnt I need to know what is possible in terms of posting to Twitter from phpBB3
