Auto Submit WebSite

How many auto submit search engines, websites, directories, FAA's, etc can you make into a small web site submit? 5,000, 10,000 or 100,000 maybe more.

Must display the status of the submits and email the user the results, and store them in a database by user so we can track, so the email needs to be verified prior to starting the submit.

How many manual submit links can you provide active and valid links?

No other features needed.
