I require a Word Press administered website to be developed and uploaded to my host server within 48 hour of awarding the project. No exceptions. If the site is not developed and uploaded to my host server within 48 hours of the project being awarded, full payment will not be made.
FURTHER, COMMENCEMENT OF THE PROJECT MUST OCCUR THE MOMENT THE PROJECT IS AWARDED.
10% milestone will be paid upon the awarding of the project, 20% awarded following the completion of the landing page design (subject to my approval). The landing page will need to be provided within 24 hours of the project being awarded – no exceptions. The remainder will be paid once the freelancer has uploaded the sites’ files successfully to my host server and I am comfortable that I am able to readily maintain and administer the site without further assistance
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
This is a very basic project!!!!
The basic structure of the site should be that of a landing page (that will be contain 2 images of myself which will be provided). I am a Criminal Defence Barrister and I wish the landing page to be distinguished and in keeping with the theme of the law and justice.
I previously had a site developed in which the files have now been lost which is the reason why I require a new site. I liked the previous site’s landing page and will provide you with a pdf of this. However, I do not wish for a duplication of this landing page - I will provide a pdf of the previous site’s landing page as a way of explaining how I wish the landing page for the new site to be structured.
A Wordpress blog also needs to be developed and will also need to be in keeping with the site’s landing page “look and feel”.
The landing page should contain links to the other pages along with a blog. The pages/links from landing page forming part of this project are as follows.

• Contact Me (this should contact a “contact form” which once sent should be forwarded to an the email address).
Through the site’s CMS I need to be able to edit and create more pages and links on the landing page to these new pages created.
The site and the blog will need to be administered / edited through the same CMS.
