Database upgrade and coupon code pdf printer

I have an online store ([url removed, login to view]). The site sells discount coupons.

I need my store to do following functions:

1.- Sign in. Create a different database for business (now it does create accounts for buyers) with different data that I will provide.

1.1.- Once account is created, I want busines user to be able to upload files to my ftp account in order to design their coupons (we will do that).

2.- customize site for buyer customers to download coupons only after payment through paypal. Each coupon must have a unique code of identification (Coupon ID). And after every download I want an aumatic email sent to customer, provider and myself.
