Develop a prototype of a "Web Page Development Tool" for creating very simple sites in one standard layout and CI

We are looking for a new web design for many different domains.

The design will be total advertising free and will be very simple structured.

Now we want you to develop a smal tool to create many of these sites - all in one standard design / CI. The contents of these pages will change often, so we are looking to create the sites dynamically at the moment of access.

And all text has to be translated into many languages and these text also will be stored in a data base. And for translation jobs we want to use a small editor, to enable translation provider to do theit job online.

Anfter this job we are looking for more jobs to expand this project.

First part of the job is to build a prototype and build this prototype onto your server. We would use the result by the web.

Please offer for this prototype and calculate in addition to the whole job.

We want to start with a prototype, to have a chance to add some better functions to this tool after testing the prototype.
