custom under construction landing page

I need a flashy under construction landing page that will be integrated to a mailchimp account:

specs:

- twitterfeed integration.

- email registration.

- facebook link (or integration of any sort).

- I don't want flash, it should html5 or equivalent for easy mobile display.

- I have a jpg for reference.. not to be made exactly like it...

- i will provide company logo and a palette of colours to start.

- it should have an adjustable counter, for days and hours,

finally I need it TODAY, it is very important.
