I need someone who has experience with developing a custom payment gateway using Chase Paymentech's Orbital Gateway. The website was developed in PHP and we will be communicating with the gateway via XML.

The payment info has been written to the db already. I need the script to
a. read it
b. format it properly to submit to the Chase web service
c. Submit to the Chase web service
d. Obtain the result of the transaction
e. Write the result of the call into the database
