Cloud Computing TCO calculator for a Website

I am looking for either a pre-made or created Cloud Computing TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) calculator. This calculator would compare pricing between Windows Azure, Amazon EC2 , Google App Engine, Onsite cost and my datacenter. User would enter some imformation in fields and see a graphical side by side results with cost from all vendors listed above and my datacenter. Backend must be fully editable to either edit questions asked, current prices of the vendors campared and add to edit prices.
