Create WORD document from XML downloaded from ACCESS

Hello, i will need to create a WORD document from the XML downloaded from an ACCESS database. At this point i don't have the exact specifications but if you have ever used XML Schemas with WORD documents maybe you can help me figure out what our options are?

For example.

Can we create a WORD form that will allow us to update an ACCESS db via XML data and also download the XML from the db back into the FORM using XML?

If so then that is what i would like to do and i will start the project off at $20 and we can discuss from there?

if necessary we may need to use VB.NET if it makes it easier to develop, but if we can use VB6 that is ok.
