Custom shipping time function for Magento

We would like to modify our Magento shipping module to take into account product availability information from our ERP. For that we call via an API our ERP to check if the product is in stock or not, if so add a fixed number of days
I have already written the function that calls the API and returns the min stock from the basket. If stock is not 0, then we add 2 days to the postal delay for our logistic warehouse processing, if stock is 0, then we need to loop into the magento basket and retrieve the max of an attribute that has the delay for a given product.
The shipping module we are using is [login to view URL]
The code is well commented in english and I have identified where in the [login to view URL] file it has to be modified.
Would you be ble to develop something like that for us ? and how much would that cost ? We would need that by the end of the week.
