Add enchancements to PHP WebScript

A website ([login to view URL]) I would like to add two features:
1 - automate payments. Once members reach minimum payment they can click a 'pay me' button in the member are and instantly be paid via Alertpay
2 - add a banner system. When members join they can submit a banner that will rotate on the site for a set number of impressions. Every place they purchase they can submit one more banner
I would also be interested in doing these projects seperatly, so if you have skills to complete one but not the other please still bid.
