Creloaded Easy Populate Problem

Hi

I am looking for someone to fix the easy populate problem that we have on our creloaded website. At the moment, when we go to download the complete product spreadsheet onto our system, it seems to timeout with the error message:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:

You are not connected to the Internet.

The website is encountering problems.

There might be a typing error in the address.

Also when we goto upload a epa file, it doent work and we ger the error message:

1054 - Unknown column 'RSB2124' in 'where clause'

SELECT * FROM products_description WHERE products_id = RSB2124 AND language_id = 1

[TEP STOP]

Note that RSB2124 is the product code of the first product on the spreadsheet.

Payment will be made when the easy populate is fully functional.
