Creloaded website clone.

I have a creloaded website which is selling pc accessory, I want to clone this website to another server and start to sell stationery product.

And I have a new template (appearance), I want to use this appearance at the cloned stationery website.

On the other hand, I want to add a additional function to stationery website, Product list page can show with Listing view or Gallery View.

After cloned, all functions have to work like as my source website. And programmer will provide 7 days warranty after finished this project.

The number of day for bidding will be including all public holidays and weekend holidays.
