AWS DymamoDb to Elasticsearch streaming process and coding

We are looking for developer who can help to develop the right process and code on below

1) capture changes from 3 DynamoDb tables

2) stream data to single Elasticsearch domain

Candidate should be familiar with AWS DynamoDb & streaming, Elasticsearch, Lambda, and can code in Python/Node.js (based on Lambda blueprints)
