C# app to automate printing

We have a need for an application, written in C#, to interface wtih SQL and an online document store and print documents or send them via a local Outlook client.

This application will have a very simple UI giving the user a few variables they can affect.

You should only bid on this job if you are very familiar with C# and SQL.

You will be provided with a test environment with the existing SQL data you need as well as credentials to login to the online document store.

Please review the detailed requirements document attached before asking any questions. Also note, there is a zip file that contains an example of how to interface with the document store and print documents. This is only an example and may be a complete waste of time. If it is of value to you, great, if not, please refer to the API documentation link included in the requirements document to understand how to interface with the document store.

To bid, you MUST tell me about your background and provide a reasonable bid. I have not put a maximum value on this project because I'm tired of people simply bidding the maximum. read the detailed requirements doc and tell me how much you really think it will cost to build.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
