Datalogger Graphing Software

I have a datalogger device that logs some data over a period of time. The datalogger will send the data over a serial port upon a command like a button press on the built-in keypad. I need some software written for Windows that will capture that data and put it in a spreadsheet and create a graph of the data that the user can print out. I can send more details on the format of the message that sends the data so you know how to parse it and information on the datalogger upon request.
