Create a program similar to Mario Paint Composer in VB6

Hi there folks. I am interested in having someone create a music program similar to mario paint composer, but in VB6. If you would like more info on what Mario Paint Composer is, please check out this link. [url removed, login to view]

In a nutshell it is a program where you are shown music staff, and can click on different sound effects. Then click on a dotted line to place it. After you are done, you click play to make the sounds play.

There is a little more involved, I recommend also going on youtube and search for mario paint composer videos to see what people can do with it.

I will give more info to the winning bidder, but I need the project done in VB6. :)
