simply an auto dialler gsm based. Able to play pre-recorded messages on outbound numbers, send voice mail of the same and sms. should therefore interact with a database and do all the house keeping jobs of calls picked/not picked, sms delivered not delivered.
an attendant should be alerted of this report so as to decide whether to make a manual call(s)
should be easy to navigate and can be used by a novice internet user. Our audience is the first time user of doing call announcements. Examples of users might include school teachers, small churches, soccer mom's, team coaches or political announcements.
