RNR Racing is a company focused on trackdays and private car racings. [url removed, login to view]
We need a fully editable (by HTML or template) HTML5 (for some animation) website that includes the following: Main Page, About us, Previous & Future Events, Pictures and Contact.
There is also a need for a inscription form/page connected to a database that we can use the data later. The programming for it is required also. Fields on the form:

Facebook integration optional for the user.
- Driver, Guest, Press, Other (Dropdown box)
- CNH (if driver selected, numbers only)
- CPF (must fill numbers and format "XXX.XXX.XXX-XX" must be 11 numbers)
- Full name (must fill)
- Email (must fill - valid email)
- Cell Phone (numbers only)
- Track experience (dropdown box): Novice (0-3), Amateur (3-5), Veteran (5+)
Car data:
- Number
- Brand (dropdown box to be determined)
- Model
- HP (numbers only)
- Manufacturing year
Selectable box "agree to terms and conditions" (linkable, popup window), must select.
The form should work as an item in a shopping cart with a small virtual store. There is not the need to integrate with credit cards, just the experience of a shopping cart way together with the form filled.
There can be other items to be added to the cart, like the "number choice", "filming on the date", "extra driver", "extra visitor", etc.
Do not use web templates. It's workflow and structure is not what we are looking for.
The site must be Retina Display ready and have Facebook integration.
