Convert PSD to Joomla Template

I have a rush project -

My client has sent over a PSD file that they need turned into a Joomla Template.

I will give you a diagram of the module positions we would like with the PSD.

I also would like the modules to look like the boxes in the psd. (that is very important to the client.

This is a very urgent requirement so if it can not be done quickly please do not respond.

Ideally - send over a psd that you have converted to a joomla template and a link to the joomla site ..
