Create two HTML elements for bootstrap site.

This job requires the completion of two elements that will be plugged in to a site that uses twitter bootstrap.
1. Homepage Navigation
On the homepage there will be a camera lens. Hovering over sections will reveal content. Clicking a section will bring you to a page with in the site. This is simple image "hot spot" hover code. This must be responsive, use percentages so it can shrink.
2. Tabbed navigation for content
This element will be used deeper in the site. Desktop view will be tabbed navigation. Mobile view will use drop down navigation. CSS is not important, we will style it, we just need layout and functionality.
Both elements should be able to easily paste in to twitter bootstrap column structure. I will only consider freelancer who paste this somewhere in their bid, - I understand both elements need to be responsive.
