I am looking for someone to help me with various tasks to keep my businesses running smoothly. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and customer service.
Tasks:
- Administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management
- Bookkeeping tasks including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports
- Customer service tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining customer databases
This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40+ hours per week. The candidate should be able to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
Communication will primarily be through email, so strong written communication skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers is also important.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in administrative tasks and bookkeeping software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
