Looking for a freelancer to:

1. convert incoming live UDP/RTP streams into live RTMP streams using a video server software;

2. play such streams on an XBMC client installed on an Android media player. Please note the time taken to switch between streams should be less than 1.5 seconds.

I am open to any stable/reliable video server software for the conversion and streams management.

Pls bid only if you have prior experience in the above.
