Change name and stuff in IOS and Android app

I have an app that i need changed from 1 name to another. i need everything changed dealing with the old name but the url. The database name, the name that shows under the icon, the directories, file names ect. I do not want any app changes at all to the existing app as it has to work exactly the same way.
I already had one programmer mess this up by not listening. I need this done asap and not take days.
Please ask questions if you do not get what i want done. This is not a hard job at all and should be able to be done in 1 - 2 hours.
I want someone that listens and understand English and understands the job exactly as i am asking.
