Little App which post every incoming SMS in a defined Skype Chat -- 2

we need a little App on a business smartphone which copies every incoming SMS in a defined Skype chat. Not more. Please contact me with price.

- Can it work on nearly each smartphone operating system?

- What about if the operationg system is going to next version?

- How to install the App?

- How to select the Skype chat which it should post all incoming SMS?
