Need to Create following Android application

I need that following app which I am giving as demo. And also uploaded here: [login to view URL]

In the app, the following thing happends:

1. Download apk

2. Install

3. icon hides after install

4. there is nothing in the app, its shows ads which is integrated with the app in few time intervals as per the integration.

I need that type of apk and a admin panel where I can track users.

Please check that app and only after that message me.
