Personnel in the field with Android devices. Need to be able to establish a video call with audio to QC agents in an office using windows. (Need to have a queue for next available agent)
Requirement
Needs to have a queue so that the next available QC agent can take the next video call in the queue.
Needs to work for video calls generated from Field Agents using Android to QC Auditors in Office using Windows
Auditors in Office need to be able to take still shots of portions of the video call that save to the computer in jpeg format so that we can store for QC Purposes.
Would like to be able to store the video call for each QC on our server and be able to label the video with a job # upon video call end
Need to be able to search the video archive by job # For auditing QC auditors
Everything must be hosted on our server.
