Realistic 3D animation of an infra-red radiator

We are looking for an experienced provider who can provide a short animation (up to 60 seconds) presenting a product, together with several static renders for brochure / web site. The product is a mobile infra-red radiator intended for home use, as a replacement for an infra-red sauna. We have two basic variants of the product (see photos) with several sub-variants (two different wood colors, various radiator options) and an optional seat.
The render must include a human subject in a nice interior. We will suggest a scenario for the scene, provide 3D models of the products (Sketchup) and photos suitable for texture files.
