voice recognition with ZERO Delays

A Challenging Application for voice recognition with ZERO Delays.

For all participants, if you don't have experience in this kind of task or you didn't develop at least a similar app Please do not enter the challenge, Thanks.

I need a small desktop app that plays movies by order in "FULL SCREEN" with "NO DELAY".

The program will load for example "Video-1" from the selected folder or Tab's and pause it. Once I call the movie with these words: Ahh, Ohh, Pull, or other input words.

Instantly with zero delays, the "Video-1" should play.

So the app should recognize the voice command and play instantly the ready movie "Video-1" with no delays.

Once the "Video-1" plays and finishes the second movie in the selected folder exp: "Video-2" will load and get ready to be played once I call it again it will play and so on until the last movie in the selected folder or in the Dashboard tab's is finish.

Finally, it's better if you have a sample or a similar project related to be submitted before you start the Job.
