Mangement of truckers site

OI need a website to implement designed to hold and view information. When data is entered, we would like to:

* request reports --> a report wizard, allowing us to filter, sort and view select information

--> stardard (saved) reports

* Automatically receive e-mail notifications containing the raw data entered

The data we will be dealing with is:

*Weight Tickets

* Invoices

* Truck Logs

* Filed Issued Checks

All this information needs to be indexable. We require the ability to link invoices to weight tickets. One weight ticket may have several invoices. In the reports we will need to view a summary of the weight ticket, and then click on the summary to view the weight ticket in its entirety.

I will be forwarding samples weigh tickets, invoices, and truck logs. (Field issued checks are standard bank checks, we all know what they look like.)

Also, with regard to access, we would like various levels:

* Enter Weight Tickets

* Enter Truck Logs

* View Financial Information

* Enter Field Issued Checks
