Develop Binary SMS to connect to SyncML server

I have a SyncML server and an SMS gateway. I now need to sync SyncML phones to the server. To do this, the SyncML settings must be configured on the phone. I would like to do this automatically through binary SMS.

The use case is: A binary SMS should be sent from our SMS gateway. The user (anyone who has a SyncML phone) saves it on his phone. On doing this, the phone SyncML settings is automatically configured to our SyncML server. The user then goes to the SyncML client already existing on the phone and then syncs his contacts to our server.
