We are looking for someone to build a small program to do the following:

You are able to import video into the program, after import of the video (maybe video has to be converted?), the video can be played in a windows window. When the video plays, with the mouse you can target (you do not see the mousepointer) the video and on left mouse click, the video freezes for x-seconds (configurable) and shows a red dot on the place where mouse click has been made.
