Modify 3 maps on QGIS

Hello,
I need to modify 3 maps on QGIS :
1) Change title
2) Add a circle at 30kms and do appear the "sic" in the circle ans in the legend
3) add "Habitats" on the map
Please, modify this 3 maps, and export them in .jpeg with the same presentation, with logos (I'll give you them of course)...
I have already a project on Qgis with all the .shp
Please do a fast tutorial with screen copy to learn me how to do this 3 maps.
