We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can assist with various tasks. Here are the tasks he/she will be performing:
- Create Expense Reports
- Manage drivers on the Insurance Policy
- Manage drivers gas cards
- Request drivers record and monitor the activity
- Manage vehicle maintenance and notices
- Assist with Purchasing Reporting and Follow-Ups
- Schedule meetings
- Assist with vendor scheduling
- Assist with travel request and updating calendar
We are looking for someone who speaks FLUENT English, MUST be able to communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and written in English. Bilingual preferred but not required. Someone who is flexible and dependable.
