Electric Connections Troubleshooting

Hello,

My name is Ayub and I am launching a startup sesame seeds mill. I am in food manufacturing but not yet in business. I imported Machines from Turkey such as a seed roaster and natural milling stones. I am installing and setting up my machines by facing some problems and my electrician isn't much help so I am looking for an engineer to help.

My main problem is the roaster. It is 3 phase and installed but looks like there is something wrong with the connections. The problem is that I cannot control the temperature so I need someone to take a look and help me with troubleshooting.

My facility is in Arlington Heights.
